Draft Strategjia e peshkimit dhe Akuakultures.

Me date 31 korrik 2007 ne pallatin e kongreseve u organizua konferenca "Draft Strategjia e peshkimit dhe Akuakultures 2007-2015. Ne kete konference fjalen e hapjes e mbajti Ministri i Mjedisit, Pyjeve dhe Administrimit te Ujerave, Zoti Lufter Xhuveli i cili theksoi potencialet qe ka shqiperia ne sektorin e peshkimit si dhe objektivat themelore te zhvillimit te sektorit. Ne fjalen e tij Kryeministri i Shqiperise Z. Sali Berisha theksoi se Qeveria Shqiptare mbetet e vendosur per te shenuar nje kthese rrenjesore ne kete fushe dhe se ajo do ta trajtoje kete sektor me perparesi dhe seriozitet te madh. Prezantimi i piketave kryesore te draft strategjise u be nga Zv/Ministri Taulant Bino. Ne fund u kalua ne diskutime dhe sugjerime per permiresimin e ketij dokumenti.

Ne periudhen maj - qershor 2007 u organizua prane shkolles teknologjike Durres kursi i formimit per peshkataret e Portit te peshkimit Durres. Me kete kurs moren pjese 60 pjesmarres te perzgjedhur midis nxenesve te shkolles teknologjike Durres si dhe peshkatare te flotes se peshkimit Durres. Qellimi i kursit, kater javor ishte dhenia dhe thellimi i njohurive ne aktivitetin e peshkimit per kapitene anijesh, motorist, mjeshter rrjetash si dhe te perpunimit te peshkut ne bord. Me date 25 qershor 2007 u organizua ceremonia e dhenies se diplomave te pjesmarresve, ne prani te Ministrit te Mjedisit, Pyjeve dhe Administrimit te Ujerave Z. Lufter Xhuveli, Prefektit te Durresit, Klodian Pajuni, Drejtorit te Drejtorise se Politikave te Peshkimit, Roland Kristo, perfaqesues te OMP Durres si dhe nga drejtues te ICE ne Itali dhe Shqiperi si dhe te Drejtorit te Pergjithshem te Federpesca Luigi Giannini.

Article 28 -Fisheries products

1. From the entry into force of this Agreement the Community shall eliminate all customs duties on fish and fisheries products, other than those listed in Annex III originating in Albania. Products listed in Annex III shall be subject to the provisions laid down therein.

2. From the entry into force of this Agreement Albania shall not apply any customs duties or charges having an equivalent effect to a custom duty on fish and fisheries products originating in the European Community.

Me date 7 prill 2005 u organizua ne Qytetin e Struges (Maqedoni) takimi i eksperteve te Ministrise se Bujqesise Pyjeve dhe Ekonomise Ujore te Republikes se Maqedonise dhe te Ministrise se Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit te Republikes se Shqiperise mbi pergatitjen e nje protokolli bashkepunimi dypalesh.

Te dy delegacionet pasi diskutuan fushat e bashkepunimit midis dy vendeve pergatiten Protokollin e bashkepunimit qe do te nenshkruhet se shpejti nga Ministri i Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit i Shqiperise z. Agron Duka dhe Ministri i Bujqesise Pyjeve dhe Ekonomise Pyjore i Maqedonise z. Sadulla Duraki.

Draft Protokoll Final

Me date 23.10.2004 u mbajt ne Ministrine e Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit mbledhja e Komisionit Konsultativ Qendror per Peshkimin dhe Akuakulturen.

Ne ne kete mbledhje u diskutuan: miratimi i Rregullores se KKQPA, rishikim i rregullores baze te peshkimit, Rishikim i nivelit te taksave te licenses per te gjitha kategorite ujore, zgjatja e afatit kohor te licenses per anijet e peshkimit, etj.

The General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM) held its Twenty-ninth session at FAO headquerters, Rome, Italy, from 21 to 25 February 2005.

Konferenza Nderkombetare u organizua nga Ambasada e Republikes se Italise ne Tirane ne bashkepunim me Ministrine e Bujqesise dhe Ushqimit.

Ne kete Konference u mbajten nje sere punimesh dhe u shkembye eksperience ne fushat e Kerkimit shkencor, Teknologjise dhe u diskutua mbi problemet e Tregtimit te produkteve.

AdriaMed organised an ad hoc working group on Operational Units in the Adriatic Sea. The meeting was held on the 1st and 2nd of April in Albania and was hosted by the Fisheries Research Institute in Durres.

Among others, the aims of the working group were to update the participants on the state of knowledge concerning OUs and discuss the possibility of implementing pilot studies and preparing the relative work plan.

Upon the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 588 on November 22, 2002 was approved in principle the agreement for the establishment of the General Fishery Commission for the Mediterranean .

This agreement was ratified in the Parliament in July 3, 2003. After publication at Official Journal, the Instrument of Acceptance was sent to the General Director of FAO at 1 September 2003.

The meeting was held between Albania, Greece and Fyrom for the prohibited fishing period (closed season) in Lakes Great Prespa and Small Prespa on 24 of May in Municipality of Prespa, Greece. At the end was signed two Protocols between parties for the exact date of closed season for fishing in Great Prespa and Small Prespa Lakes

 The experts agreed to suggest a prohibited fishing period in Lake Great Prespa to last up to 04 of June 2005 for Greece and Albania and 01 of June for Fyrom. In Small Prespa lake the closed season last up to 04 of June 2005. In Attach Protocol of Great Prespa and Small Prespa.
